Spa Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to change and relax. As a courtesy to all of our guests, all appointments will begin and end on time.
- To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that all cell phones are turned off. The use of cameras and camera phones are not permitted.
- All of our massage therapists are professionally trained and licensed. Please be sure to communicate any relevant health conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments or any other condition that may pertain to your service. Some conditions are contraindicated for massage therapy or require special techniques. This is to ensure your own health and well-being. Please notify your therapist if you have any changes in your medical history. They will answer any question you may have and recommend the product to help you prolong the benefits of your spa experience.
- We understand if you need to reschedule your spa service. If you are unable to make the scheduled time of your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Canecellations withing 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged $25. No shows or cancellations within 12 hours will be charged full price of their scheduled service.
