Green Tea Reflexology Massage:  60 Minutes $90                                                                              Refresh your body with the light aroma of green tea.  Vitamins A, D & E have been added to help enhance the vitality of healthy skin with their antioxidant support providing protection from damaging free radicals.  This soothing and nourishing treatment is a full body massage ending with a stimulating reflexology massage on the feet.  Enjoy the application of moist green tea bags to minimize dark circles and puffiness under the eye area. 

Aromatherapy Foot Scrub Massage: 60 Minutes $100                                                                            This treatment begins with a full body massage using pure essential oils.  Then we will pamper your tootsies with a delightful scrub and hydrating butter cream on your feet.  It will awaken the reflex points and balance the body, mind and soul from within. Enjoy the application of moist green tea bags to minimize dark circles and puffiness under the eye area. 

Raindrop Therapy:  60 minutes $85 ($65 if you supply your own oils)                                                This bodywork technique is a non-invasive method of using Vita Flex, reflexology, acupressure, other various massage techniques and moist heat.  Therapeutic quality pure essential oils will be applied like raindrops to the back, shoulders and feet to enhance your health and well-being.  The combination of essential oils and gentle massage will rejuvenate the whole body and reduce chronic pain.

Hot Stone Reflexology Massage:  50 Minutes $110                                                                                   This healing treatment focuses on the back, neck and shoulders with hot river stones as an extension of your therapist's hands to bring relief to tense muscles.  Aromatherapy enhances the smooth hot stones as the moist heat penetrates deep into the muscles to promote relaxation.  Then enjoy a special reflexology foot massage to reduce stress, revitalize and balance energy in the whole body. 

Reiki and Crystal Energy Massage:  30 minutes $50, 60 minutes 85                                                    This specialized massage session focuses on energy points in the body to facilitate healing from within.  Specific crystals and gemstones will be used to help balance and align the chakras.  Enhance your experience as universal life force energy flows during the Reiki portion of this treatment.  Revive your body, mind, spirit and soul as a relaxing massage is focused on your back, neck, shoulders and reflex points of the feet.  You will enjoy the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy as 100% pure essential oils are applied during your treatment.

Foot Enlightenment:  60 minute treatment $85                                                                                    Immerse into an herbal blend or a sea-salt foot soak.  Then let us exfoliate away the dead layer of skin from the knees down to your toes, with a sea-salt scrub and hydrate with a moisturizing mask on the feet.  This treatment is completed with a therapeutic Reflexology massage on your hands and feet as you relax in low-lighting with soothing music.

Foot Detox:  75 minute treatment $100                                                                                                       Melt away your tension as your feet soak with a special detoxifying herbal blend. Then let us exfoliate away the dead skin cells with a sea-salt scrub and hydrate with a moisturizing mask on the feet while wearing warm booties.  This treatment ends with a therapeutic Reflexology massage on your hands and feet, with your choice of hot stone therapy or a paraffin dip.  Enjoy essential oil Aromatherapy on specialized acupressure points to enhance your relaxation of body, mind and spirit.

A highly therapeutic massage designed for individuals wanting a more detailed massage that works on specific muscle groups.  When muscles are stressed, they block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that builds up toxins in the muscle tissue.  A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and promotes the blood and oxygen to circulate properly.  This type of massage also breaks down scar tissue, known as restrictive fascia.

This gentle and calming massage alleviates muscle tension and fatigue during and after pregnancy. Your experienced professional will focus on the needs of your changing body.  The mother-to-be is safely positioned, while sidelying, utilizing pillows and bolsters for maximum comfort.                                  

Hot Stone Massage:  60 Minutes  $100, 90 Minutes  $125
This art of healing uses hot river stones as an extension of your therapist's hands to bring relief to tense muscles throughout the body.  The smooth hot stones penetrate heat deep into the muscles to promote a sense of relaxation while effectively working the muscles and balancing your energy.

Red Rock Rejuvenation Treatment:  60 minute treatment $75                                                      This treatment will leave you re-energized and re-hydrated using Sedona stones on the back along with French Red Clay masques that will purge toxins from your skin; leaving it re-mineralized and smooth.  Hot basil stones provide a deeper penetration of the nutrients.   A stress reducing ylang-ylang is applied into the forehead and temples.  It is finished with a Chakra Balance.

Healing the Sole:  60 Minutes $75                                                                                                    This treatment is done while relaxing in a zero gravity chair.  Your treatment will start with a warm Green Tea Sea Salt Soak.  Next, receive a Green Tea Exfoliating Scrub to remove all the wear and tear of your arches and soles.  Once exfoliated, enjoy a light but invigorating Reiki energy and a refreshing peppermint lotion.  Last but not least, receive a moisturizing heel mask.  While the mask is working its magic, you are left to enjoy a few moments of soft music and low lights.

Healing Touch: 60 minutes $75                                                                                                    Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy.  Gentle touch assists in balancing your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.  Healing Touch works with your energy field to support your natural ability to heal.  It is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care. 

Integrative Energy Therapy (IET):  60 Minutes $75                                                                      IET clears cellular memory of physical and emotional blockages.  It "clears issues from your tissues" that can negatively affect our life. IET can clear energy imprints resulting from past life karma. IET uses integration points to energize energy blocks, release the blocks and integrate new energy patterns.

Sacred Healing:  120 Minutes $100                                                                                            This two-hour transformational "journey in the self" allows you to become profoundly relaxed, leading to a place of mental. emotional, physical and spiritual healing.  Your experience will be uniquely your own, as each healing session is personalized to your needs and goals.
